"Request trial"/"Subscribe" via the site's mailto buttons don't appear here, only the form. Receipt images/PDFs are emailed to info@uniqit-tech.com and deleted from storage right after (or auto-expire within 3 days either way) - they are not kept here long-term. A receipt photo only proves what it says, not that a payment actually happened - always confirm against your own bank statement before activating a license.
